Jamie Holland

James Holland II or Jamie brings nearly 3 decades of trial experience to Holland Law. He’s a Nationally Board Certified Trial Attorney who takes a compassionate approach to his cases. His goal is to help clients make the best of difficult situations and serve as their trusted legal advocate during and after their cases.

When he’s not representing clients, Jamie can be found coaching trial advocates and teaching CLE’s. Holland’s exemplary work and his dedication to ensuring justice for his clients have landed him multiple accolades and recognitions. A few of these include the Mickey Smiley award from the Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Board and designation as a Super Lawyers in both Florida and Alabama.

Paige Schmidt

Paige Schmidt is a paralegal at Holland Law, LLC. Paige was born and raised in Southern California before settling in Florida. She brought her strong work ethic and interest in law with her and after her move to the Sunshine State, she obtained her Paralegal Certificate. She now has over twenty years of experience and has had the privilege of working alongside Attorney Jamie Holland for most of her paralegal career.

Paige is passionate about this work and being a litigation and trial paralegal has been more rewarding than she could have ever imagined. Over the years there have been countless clients who have walked through the doors looking for help and have left the firm having a life-changing experience. The experience of working with people who are in need and who are looking for a fighting chance to fix what is broken is what has made Holland Law a second home for Paige. This process of helping clients navigate a legal journey that they never imagined would happen to them, has brought a new perspective to Paige’s life – a perspective that she is grateful for every day.

Beyond her paralegal work, Paige is also Holland Law’s firm administrator and takes pride in supporting and maintaining Holland Law’s office family.

Outside of the office, Paige is a proud wife and mother who enjoys spending her time the most with her husband and her two amazing adult children. Paige looks forward to each day and the new and exciting opportunities that await her to make a difference in someone’s life.

Sandra Dyal-Dowen

Sandra Dyal-Dowen is a paralegal at Holland Law, LLC. Sandra obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Florida Community College in 1993, and she brings over 28 years of paralegal experience to the team. She has worked for Holland Law since 2015 and given her vast experience, it’s no surprise she is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of personal injury and FELA law.

Sandra is committed to her work and strives to make sure clients receive the best quality service possible. With excellent organizational and communication skills, an outstanding work ethic, and the ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments, Sandra always exceeds expectations with Holland Law’s clients.

Beyond her paralegal work, Sandra is a member of the American Legion 250, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8255, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles all located in Middleburg, Florida. Her involvement with these organizations has made her extremely familiar with not only psychological and traumatic brain injuries but also the trauma that causes them – an experience that is transferrable to her work with Holland Law.

Outside of the office, Sandra enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, dogs, family, and friends. Sandra holds a special place in her heart for those who struggle daily so the meaningful mission of Holland Law is what drives Sandra and her work.

Alicia (Ali) Santilli

Ali Santilli is a legal assistant and a trial technical support engineer at Holland Law, LLC. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ali has spent much of her life in Florida. Ali served in the United States Army before transitioning to a career in both software engineering and law.

Beyond the scope of her legal work, it’s her enthusiasm for helping people that motivates her. Ali has found a workplace that not only is a family atmosphere but that also implements the type of dedication for clients that is hard to find – and that place is Holland Law.

Outside of the office, Ali enjoys spending time with her son and family, traveling, hiking, fostering children and making a difference in her community.
